Newbie to trades

Hello all,

I know that this may sound silly, but I'm not entirtely sure how the trading works on Exceem. I have read the instructions on the information page, and understand you can either have a green for green or a green for cash trade.

Now to partake in one of these trades (after being a memeber for 5 days, posting 5 times and requesting to join trades), am I correct in thinking you have to post a thread in the trades section, stating your website, which websites you are willing to complete offers in and how many green you need?

Please could someone explain from that point, how to further proceed, for I am new to the whole referrals and trade thing.
