When we reject someone we generally wait around 2/3 weeks to judge if they want to take part in the comunity or just post to gain access to the trades.

It main seam harsh, but at the end of the day its the most proven way to deter scammers (and its worked)

the words "pot", "kettle" and "black" spring to mind

The restrictions on trade access arent done for the mods benefits because I'm sure they have plenty things they would rather be doing than checking out new applications for trades section.

What they do is protect the members against possible scammers who usually cant put 5 decent posts together anyway or wait 5 days. It works quite well on exceem but all you need to do is look at similar forums who allow access with no checks and the amount of scammers who take advantage of that.

If you feel you can get better help of those sites, feel free, but dont say you werent warned. Bye.

damn i have been caught out , i thought no one knew that i dreamt about exceem and going through the endless posts and trades requests and trying to keep the forum scammer free, whilst trying to help less experienced people

as for being immature well as fox said pot , kettle black you are obviously not mature enough to trade and get trades access.
