Delay before trading allowed

Hi folks,

As a new-comer itching to get trading how long should i expect to wait before being allowed to take part?

I've been posting since I joined but as for trading - I need to be able to pm from what I can gather, but noobs don't have such priveliges!

you can trade without private messaging, just use the trade comments to update the trade status.
