Trade Support Ticket

I lodged a trade support ticket earlier today and am curious about the timescale for that to be dealt with.

For some reason, all of the trades I had up yesterday have disappeared. Only one was closed* so I am at a loss as to what has happened.



*and the person who agreed to trade seems to have disappeared too !

Not sure what happened to your other trades but I am looking to sign up to consoles again in the next hour or two, i know that all trades need to be done in the trades section so if you are interested i'll start up a trade post there. I'm looking for a green on ipods giveaway and i know you were offering on the mobiles site but thought maybe you wanted a green on the consoles site too?

I wouldn't say no to a green on consoles. Would have to be cash though, not really looking to sign up to anything else just yet, have plenty to keep me going.

I will keep an eye out on the trades section, put my name in the title !

Timescales vary depending on how busy we all are generally outside of exceem, but do aim to get everything done asap!

We were going through the trade forum the other day, and noticed that the trades you had up were all asking the same thing. Due to spammers, we deleted duplicatre threads asking for the same thing. You can have more than one trade asking for different things up at the same time, ie green for freeclickz, and green for freepay, but just having say £10 cash in return for green on freeclickz numerous times wouldn't be allowed. You'd need to wait for the agreed trade to finish, then open another one!

We did mean to pm you, but not had chance yet, sorry!

Yes, Jon had talked about a problem with someone spamming trades but I didn't realise that was me - sorry, those were the first trades I had offered and should have realised it is one at a time.

Unforunately, as part of the process you deleted a trade that had been closed but no longer exists!

Ahh not just you spamming trades, that's why I've just done a revised trading guidelines, as people seemed to think they needed to do multiple threads depending on how many greens they needed, and no worries, were just doing a routine check, and noticed yours!
