Advice rather than a request (for now!)

Hi guys,

I have an idea for a video I want to create. It consists of mostly screen shots and clever transitions... but I don't have the skills to do it properly myself.

Does anyone have any advice on what I could use, or who I could use to help create the video?

As I say I have lot's of drawn pictures and am working on a script!

Cheers

So your looking to do more of an animation? I would put the images together to make it a animation in after effects then transfer it over to Premiere to edit it and add transitions etc.

Yes more of an animation.
Would you be willing to have a look at a powerpoint of the animation I'm just putting together?

you should use After Effects or Sony Vegas for this, if you want it to look like a video use 30fps and animaiton is 15fps i think (fps=frames per second).

I could do this, is there any editing you need, just tell me

Im preatyy good at moviemaking/editing!

Lol don't think so! The PowerPoint is just a very crude mock up of an idea using similar images I could find on google.

The final piece needs creating from scratch in order to flow and look professional.

I don't nearly have the skills to do this myself so in talks with a couple of people!

I've used Prezi before and I hate it. The concept is pretty cool, but it's just so unreliable - it disconnects every 5 minutes and I have to reload it, only to find the stuff I just added has disappeared.

Yeah as Ryan said above, sounds like a problem your side. Never had any problems with it.

Well thank you. I thin Xploit is currently having a go for me.

I only have a general mock up of what I want. It would need to be an animation/images etc from scratch (so potentially a big job). I have literally gone "I want a picture of a man by a house... *google 'man by house' and copy*... right, next example image" But it puts across the idea that I want.

So at everyone else, thank you for your suggestion, but this is really not what I'm after. I've just done a representation of what I want rather than 'just can't do the animation' (can't do the images either!!).
