Banner for my Driving School

Hello Graphics Team

Please would it be possible for one of you to make a banner for my driving school.

It is called Macca's Driving School and this should be the text and the only stipulation I have is that the main colour of it should be blue.

I would like it in the size of 800 x 150

Any help is greatly appreciated

Please give me more informations like:
-Do you want it animated (2D/3D text...) ?
-Any specific police ?
-Any specific 'blue' ?
-Would give me a link for your website so that I can make it in the same theme ?
And tell me anything you think would be useful
