I can do various graphics if people wish. Photoshop is one of the main things i like to put my spare time into even won a few competitions.

You'll get reputation, but you can't expect any payment etc, in return.

Sometimes members will put a backlink to your site on theirs, but that optional. All exceem graphics team members work voluntarily.

I'm sure there was a thread when someone said they had asked if they could use the "freebiejeebies steps" but were told (rightly) no.

Mind you, i'm not exactly sure that taking the wording from some exceem posts without permission to use on a "successful stories" page without links back is ok either

I can understand that but as larkino mentioned, copyright stuff comes into play.

Being a professional graphics designer, I suppose you should have known that.

Unless you've got permission form FJ to use the design.
