Whats going on someone HELP

OK...

I registered with www.europaypal.com and then my account was moved to www.eurogiveaways.com all fine. i done my 5refferals and completed an offer myself they all went green. so i though here comes the money. i got an email on the 17th of September saying...

Congratulations on getting all your green lights. We have now verified your account. You can now log on and order your item from us.

Delivery can take up to 28 days (48 days in some parts of Europe) so please be patient. You can check your account status by logging in.

So i logged into my account and it now said i have a free ipod not Â£150 so i opened a support ticket and asked what was going on here's the link to the ticket:

Next what happened was i logged into my account last week and it said that i am being verified and this may take 14days. What i didn't get is how am i back into verification when i had all ready been verified?

So again i opened a support ticket:

i waited 2-3days and no reply so i opened another one:

I waited again and still no reply. Then today i went to log into my account and i get the following message when trying to log into my account:

''This account has been disabled and is no longer active.''

I don't know whats going on i have done everything i needed to do and it looks like Ive been swept under the rug.

Someone please help.

Wish i could mate. looks like no one else can either.

Maybe try PM'ing one of the owners of the site. I personally had horrendous trouble with this particular site so i gave up and wouldn't recommend thenm to anyone.

Hope you do manage to sort it.

I had the same problem - someone signed up under my link and this showed under my status page - however they went green but this DID NOT show up on my status - so i contacted support and they fobbed me off by saying they signed up to another of their sites - if this is so then why does my referals email show up on under my account and Eurogiveaways stated if you are registered with an ipod site you referals dont have to sign to that particular site but can be console or wotever - like captain cave i just gave up - its difficult enough having to explain problems like these on emails and even more difficult when the site owners dont listen and accomodate to our genuine difficulties.

I just got onto the new eurogiveaways site today and transferred my console.eurogiveaways account. so far no problems. I'm sure the problem you had Dimension will be sorted. probably just still getting things sorted straight with the new site i'm sure. but i wouldnt go as far as getting them off exceem, they are a legit network.

Jason from Eurogiveaways was viewing Exceem today, yet didn't respond to any queries.

The representative from Eurogiveaways is no longer registered on A4F. There doesn't seem to have been any communication between representatives on any of the forums for a long time.

The 90 day limit is still in their T+Cs, despite them saying they will remove it.

I'd vote for moving this back to unproven section, while they get their act together, and bringing ForFree4U into the supported networks.

In their terms and conditions, it says what company the site is registered to. If you google that company name, it comes up with another business, which I guess the two of them ran 'properly'. If I remember rightly, there are other contact details availalbe on the website of that company. You could have more luck trying it through that. More likely however is that they've pretty much abandoned it, and will ignore any questions regarding their site.

Any accounts older than this will NOT be credited, but you may start up again with a new account.

i have 4 out of 5 greens on there. What a bunch of tossers. Gain peoples trust and then scam them. I used to have faith in this network when they were having problems, how wrong was I.

I used to like them as I got my first iPod never mind free iPod from them. They've taken some bad decisions and I can see them closing soon altogether. I see they've also slapped my testimonial pic up too.

oh what complete MOTHER F***ERS..........I cant believe it!!!! I sent pasted in my support ticket to Layla the crap that was posted by Jason re the 90 day limit being removed - I havnt heard back from them - BAST*RDS

Can we track down where they are or anything? Its such a shame when this happens - im getting fed up of this scene now - ive lost out from freepay, genius team and now eurogiveaways.......someone pass me a gun!
