| It's something that's always been. No-one has died from it, no-one has been injured by it and to my knowledge it's never caused any disease or illness so why break a tradition. They are all grown men and if they didn't want to roll around in a speck of spittle then they can always go and stack shelves in Asda for a living. What's next in this namby pamby world ? Padding and helmets for Rugby ?

| It's disgusting regardless of whether it's done on or off the pitch...would you like to land on the ground only to find you're covered in someone elses spit?? Eeeeeeeew......! Fine the players for spitting and take it out of their salaries giving the money collected at the end of every game to charity. M xx |
