Halal/kosher are killed in totally different ways to your normal over the counter meat.
The animals are hung upside down and the throats slit, all the blood is drained off, that's the only dif. Oh and they are alive and kicking when the throats are cut.

Think id prefer a bolt to the head than few minutes knowing what the end will be.

My exact point!! (and Kosher involves lots of salt to make sure every last bit of blood is removed, not sure about Halal)

Of course you don't have to be a vegetarian to agree with the fox hunting ban. I love my meat and don't get me wrong I know where it comes from and all that, but like Milo said - there is a massive difference between an animal being killed for food at a slaughterhouse and a fox being killed for fun.

The ban should definately stay in place imo, let the toffs out there find a new activity to fill up their days.
Read the part that you didn't quote.

Since the ban on Fox hunting in the UK foxes have breed like made.
More and more i see them running accross the road in front of me.
And more worrying is the fact that 2 babies got attacked by a fox just the other day.
Now i agree that fox hunting wasnt right but something does need to be done before we become over run with the vermin!

I have not eaten meat for 5 months now due to cruelty and actions of 90% of meat in the UK.
However i do agree with responsible meat eaters. e.g. rarely eat meat, eat free range etc

Fox Hunting or any hunting for sport is downright shameful. Meat eater or not people should disagree with this. Did they choose to be killed? NO

Imagine the tables turned and we were the weak ones running from foxes with knifes and guns. Would we like it? NO

Animals are the same as us they just look different. they have hearts brains and family.

imagine having your child shot hung upside down throats slit etc

Its wrong

Hmm lets not go there!

The fact is that foxes are vermin and although i agree that they have a right to be here the fact is if we dont limit there numbers they will breed to the point where there is not enough food for them all and that will lead to more and more of these foxes entering houses in hunt for food!

Lol I agree dont go there it was an example of how people react differently to people and animals.

Houses should be secure enough to not let animals in. Its not the 1980's where u can leave your door open while on holiday lol

On a warm night i like to leave my windows open at night should i stop doing this then as a fox could easily enter though them?

These are just my opinions:

I agree that fox hunting is inhumane
I agree that the foxes suffered when dying!
However i also think that their population needs to be limited
But this must be done in a humane way

My use of vermin to discribe them may be abit harsh but i believe they are classed as a scavenger race and once they reach a large population they will get more desperate and more daring to scavenge from houses!

I've never heard of children been attacked by a fox? People think of foxes as vermin or evil or whatever and they're not, they're just scared.
