I think some people just like to have something to worry about. If the world does end in our lifetimes it'll be something we do to ourselves. The odds of it happening any other way are way too remote. |

| The bible talks about that Jesus will return like a thief into the night. For Christians there is no specified date they believe he will return. This 2012 stuff is bull**** anyway. Even if it was true who cares, get on with our lives, if it is true we won't know much about it as we will die in an instant!!

If the post is relevant and adds to the debate then it makes the thread better, with the only repercussion being that some people who have already read it will find it in their unread posts? There are countless interesting topics on this forum that haven't been posted in for months or even years. I'd say that in the (about) 3 months that I've been on this forum I've probably read less then 5% of the threads, so I'd have no problem with someone bumping a topic like this if it's interesting.
