On that same website, posted in this thread somewhere, there's a post about Activision are releasing 3 new games between now and April 2012. Normally it's once a year, every November but now the games might be rushed, and not that good

I like IW, don't like Trearch games as much, just hope the quality of the games stay the same.

EA did something similar with the C&C series release 3 games/expansions within a few years of each other. And some are of the opinion the lack of quality that resulted in is essentially to blame for EALA (the studio that produced the C&C games) getting shut down.

With most of the Infinity Ward staff now joining Respawn (West and Zampella's new company with EA as publisher) I'd look to them for the next great COD style game (obviously won't be able to call it COD)

It's now gunna be Hammerhead studios, Treyarch and I think another one that may be unnamed.

Obviously Respawn will still make COD style games (I'm hoping) if they don't win the rights. I wouldn't be too worried though, Activision have already screwed over PC users, so it'll probably have to sell on the rights to COD soon.
