| iBook | Xbox 360 ROD worth it ?i just have noticed that a lot of Xbox 360 have that Ring of Death problem ... but i found that a lot of ebayers are selling it at low prices (average of 40€) and there is a repair kit for 16€ ... ... i just want to buy an Xbox 360 for the two months of summer holidays and then i may sell it ... Not interested to get a new one is the repair kit really working ??? |

![]() ![]() | Might be worth a try but personally I wouldn't bother. Maybe if I had experience the RROD with my xbox and tried to repair my own and it worked, I would look into buying other xbox' to repair them and sell them on. Just as I don't know how often the repair kit works I wouldn't risk it.

| iPod 60gb | Why not get one of these:XBOX 360 XCLAMP REPAIR FIX RROD KIT E74 + THERMAL PASTE on eBay (end time 09-Mar-10 01:28:07 GMT) And then get a cheap xbox. If it doesn't work, you can get money back on the kit (which is only £3 anyway) and you can resell the xbox as faulty, so you should only lose ~£5 ebay fees. |
