Fifa 09 Ultimate team add on now available

Just noticed that the Fifa 09 ultimate team add on is now available to download on PSN for free.

It's a card game style add on where you build your team by buying packs of "cards".

Looks like it could be quite fun

yea, read about this. Seems like an interesting idea but buying cards is a bit of a cheek.
you should be able to get them for completing certain modes in the game (ie. time spent)

I don't think you buy them with real money, I think it's a virtual money thing from points you earn from the team?

I hope, just downloading it now so will find out soon enough

doesn't state anywhere that it is just a trial.
There will be a major fuss kicked up if I do need to pay

I bet they've made millions over this add on alone, they've marketed it fantastically as far as I was aware and everyone I know has got it already.

not really, their servers are awful, i had this game about 2 weeks now, and u cant even get on the damn game, cause u need the servers to do anything which you can never connect to cause they dont care about their customers. so annoyed with them, aint buying from them again.
