  | grrrrrrr........I bought a ps3 of ebay with no games or controllers which arrived on monday. I then bought two games and two wireless controllers off Amazon , which arrived today. After 3 days of having a ps3 and not being able to play it, I was soooooo happy when my games came. I got home, put Grand Theft Auto in and tried to turn on the controller. Nothing happened. Apparently you have to charge them up when you first get them, but the controllers don't come with a charger! It says on the box there is a usb charger with the ps3 but there isnt  I dont even know anyone whos got a ps3  so annoyed!

| Re: grrrrrrr........You should be able to pick it up for under £2 from any electronics store. It's a standard cable so it'll be easy to find. Edit: The PSP uses the same cable in case you have that.

| Re: grrrrrrr........Sony Net MD (which I got one with), PSP and PS3 all use the same cable. I actually thought it was a Sony thing because all their devices seem to use it. What I find a pain in the butt is that the PS3 won't charge the controller unless it is actually on which means, when charging the wireless controller is anything but. Fortunately it seems to charge when plugged into any old USB so I can charge it on my PC. |

| Re: grrrrrrr........Yeh i've got about 50 usb cables lying around lol, thought my camera one would fit but it doesn't bought one of ebay for £2 hopefully that will be here by friday. Its so frustrating to have a ps3 and grand theft auto and not being able to play it!

| Re: grrrrrrr........Gah - how frustrating! I remember when I ordered two Japanese PSPs from overseas and it completely slipped my mind that I'd need a different charger to be able to charge them! I hope you sort it out soon.
