eXceem - guitar hero wii vs 360

basically has anyone played this on both consoles ?
i want to get it (freebie of course) but this is my dilemma .. i have 2 living rooms in the house the one has the xbox 360 and pc in it so hubby tends to be in there on pc so i dont get on the xbox much (connected to same tv ) , the other has the wii in it which tends to be where i am .

so ideally getting it on the wii would mean i could play it more , but is the 360 version a lot better , will i be missing out if i get it on the wii as opposed to the 360.

thoughts and advice appreciated please

I haven't played it at all, but logic to me would suggest that the Wii version would be better purely because the Wii is an interactive console that was designed to make the user do more than just push buttons. I could be way off the mark and there may be nothing to choose between them, but thats just what I would imagine the case to be.

As you said, you really need someone who has played both.

i would say there would not be much difference but ive only played it on xbox 360.

my next freebie will probs be the same and ill probably get it for wii.

I have the Wii version, and I seem to remember that more tracks are available for the Xbox360 via download. This feature doesn't exist on the Wii (yet). Besides, judging by what I've seen on the Internet, the graphics on the 360 are far better.
However, I'm not sure that's particularly important for this game.

A feature that is the Wii version is the fact that you can move the guitar while playing when the gauge is ready. I don't know if you can do the same on the 360, as it hasn't movement detectors.

on 360 you can tilt the guitar to activate "star power"

If you have a rocking PC (it really does need good specs) then it's best to get it for PC because all of the songs you can get off the net for it for free...

Other than that, it's the same on all platforms (unless you're willing to spend extra money on more songs)
