apparantly (so I've heard) there are classes for this in gyms. Strangely though I cant get the image of the_icks pole dancing out of my mind.....I need help

Pole dancing is supposed to be good physical exercise like any dancing really. After all how many overweight pole dancers have you ever seen

I wonder how many women are going to get a Wii for Valentine's day after this

Pole dancing gives really bad bruises on your heels from having to use them to cling to the poles, so it's not as sexy as it looks and requires lots muscle strength. Can't say I can see it happening on the Wii though!
