Xbox 360 wireless?

right ive been thinking about this!

i bought an xbox 360 premium the other day and to my dismay i found out that the wireless adapter costs 60 quid

so i thought would a normal wireless usb adapter not work?

as this is muchos cheaper annndd looks relatively the same.

if im talking garbage someone backhand me and tell me to shut up

Basically, no it won't work (trust me, I've tried it).
None of the similar peripherals for a PC will not work on XBox360........but I have seen a wireless adapter on eBay advertised as XBox360 compatible, for around £12!!!
I tried using several network adapters, but no good. I even wanted to use an alternative headset to the standard one that comes with the console, but no joy. I guess it's just Microsofts way of making you buy their products.
