Wii is kicking PS3s ass. No surprise really with the price difference but this is going to put Nintendo back to the top.

I was never a Nintendo fan but I love the Nintendo Wii.

Don't think it is aimed for me really but I love it. The thing is lots of people will own a Wii but also, people who own a PS3 will probably also buy a Wii just for the new controller etc.

You can't beat the Xbox 360 tho!

come on the wii isnt gonna last, if you looked, their latest idea is "wii-fit" essentially doing pressups and basic moves on a nintendo mat. 2 things, 1. i hate it when a lifestyle is thrown at you by big brands, 2. THAT IS NOT A GAME!

no, no, im not. just look at the gamecube, outdone by the ps2, the far superior console. it will not last, sure the wii is appealing to families and young children, but the ps3 is going from strength to strength, and is also starting to target the wii's niche audience, with games like singstar, guitar hero, littlebigplanet, Sony aren't foolish, they know they need to drag some of Nintendo's market away, but it is the least of their worries, they need to win over 360 fans, and judging by the failrate of those, that won't be too hard. Trust me, the more hardcore gamers have the say in the end.

But games like Guitar Hero 3 is going to the Wii as well.. the PS3 and XBox360 might be getting the hardcore gamers but the Wii will keep the family members and all the ppl scared to hit the hardcore consoles.. it aint going anywhere and the hardcore gamers won't have a say in it..

it will last yes, but not for that long. Consoles use tv's and look where they are going, HD. wii is not HD and once it becomes the norm, very soon, people will want a console to show that off, they really will.

I think sony will drop the price sooner or later and sales will increase. This 6 to 1 business won't last. I don't know which will eventually emerge the winner though as i'm not a big gamer.

BUT whats wrong with Wii fit?? So it's not a game, but maybe that's a whole new market to get involved? And anyway, what was Eye Toy Kinetic on the PS2??

as for wii fit not being a game.. Nintendo E3 2007 - Wii Fit i'd say it looks like a game to me.. and one hell of a good game.. bring it on..
