![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Wii wi fiHi, well i'm due a Wii from Xpango in the next week or two and i am already looking at purchases in advance of this. I don't have a wireless network at home so i was wondering if anyone knows whether this item i saw on Ebay will allow me to play Wii online if i plug this device into my Laptop i.e. would it work for a Wii- eBay.co.uk: Wireless LAN Network USB Wi-Fi WiFi Dongle Adapter UK (item 160121687526 end time 30-May-07 19:02:45 BST) Also has anyone played the Mario football game and is it any good?? It gets good reviews on Amazon and i was wondering whether they are accurate. Thanks! |

![]() | Re: Wii wi fiIf you have wireless broadband,Im pretty sure you would be able to use WiFi on your Wii without having to purchase a dongle/adaptor... I have BT Total Broadband Option3 and for the past week have been usig WiFi on my DS,so they should be pretty much the same thing really |

I'm looking at wireless generally and not just for the Wii before any points out the dongle would be cheaper!! |

Nah no news i'm afraid!! They said last Tuesday i would have it within 7 days (could have meant working days!) and at the weekend they said they should get a delivery early in the week but nothing more than that i'm afraid. I get the impression they do a lot of their work in the evening so i may hear something tonight. I'll post a pic when i get it but it'll mean borrowing a camera so that might not be till the weekend. I'll PM you though if that's the case just to let you know. Though my big Ipod just died so it's tempting to cancel and get an extra credit for a new instead. Only kidding!!! Didn't mean to get your hopes up!! Rather have a wii than an Ipod! | |
