| Re: Ridge Racer 7, Motorstorm and Resistance: Fall of Man for Playstation 3 only £29.just thought i'd shed some light on the price :P The 3 titles that are listed at the top are "most likely" that price because there playstation xclusives and in the past exclusives have never done rather well for sony any way excluding gran turismo and metal gear solid obviously they are master pieces. so what i reckon there doing is reducing the price early on them so they can shift as many of them as possible 2 compete with a xbox 360 :P and i have 2 agree with keso on resistance doesn't look anythink special! especially if u a FPS fan (HL2, COD3, BATTFLEILD mainly) i did think that the way some of them enemies can jump from wall 2 wall that was pretty cool lol Last edited by Freebsterz; 03-04-07 at 08:28 PM.. |

The reason them four games are £29.99 is that they are 1st party, and as such have a RRP of £39.99. Play tends to sell next gen games at -£10 of the RRP (360 games and 3rd party PS3 games have a RRP of £49.99, yet play sells them for £39.99). |

But i do agree, sony are lowering the price to compete, if they lower the games price, they can lower the amount you pay when u buy your ps3 (400 pounds, there was a price drop at WHS and Play + 30 games = not as high as 500 pounds). --Vaza |
