Re: £5 amazon voucher up for grabs

I think that I should win it so I can use it to buy my Dad (and what a great Dad!) something nice for fathers day. The voucher would be used along side some money to be spent on Amazon and buy (most probably) a book for him.

Re: £5 amazon voucher up for grabs

i think i should win it because i got conned £50 on ebay... I was selling 4 xbox 360 games(together), ( originally sold for £72.50) when the guy got to paypal, he edited the payment detals and instead must of typed in £22.50. On ebay it came up saying that he had payed so i sent the items off. he got them, and left feedback. all was happy. I left positive feedback. Then i happened to check paypal to see if a seperate payment outside of ebay had gone through. i then saw that there was only £22.50 in my account! I contacted him and he didn't reply. I alerted ebay, but he is now not registered!!!! I lost £50.... and as you could imagine i wasn't pleased. That's why i think i should get the £5 amazon voucher because i'm going to buy a new game on amazon soon, and i think it would be nice if i got a fiver off. If i'm not chosen i'll understand

I actually won a Tickle Me Extreme Elmo by saying almost exactly the same!! Suffice to say my name isn't really Elmo and i just lied to win.

Though that doesn't make me any less deserving of the £5!!

To the guy who got scammed on Ebay, i don't how long ago it was and whether you are outside their 60 day limit for starting a claim but you can't fully close your Ebay account down for 6 months just in case there are any problems with any of your transactions - just like this!! So go back and see if there isn't something else that can be done.

Though having said that i don't fancy your chances from a legal point of view.

There you go that bit of legal advice took one unit of my time, which is £10 but i'll settle for a £5 amazon voucher instead!!

Re: £5 amazon voucher up for grabs

i should win because there is a book i want for son on there its educational and he is only one and by denying him the voucher to get his book you could be jepordising his whole educational future and reading ability then you would feel guilty , i wouldnt want to bestow that guilt upon you so ill gratefully accept the voucher!
