As i said in a few posts above, if your going to complain, stick to pen and paper, its more usefull if there is ever the need to take follow up action.

My view on it is, they don't have a phone number on their website, there fore I would assume they don't want to have to deal with customer service enquiries over the phone.None of the UK networks publish telephone numbers.

Re: Bye!

If done through a court, yes as you are in effect taking legal action against them. Though you need to understand the laws both here in the UK and USA, and have a basic understanding of how the whole process works, from preparing the paperwork to submitting it. You also need to consider the fact you may well be asked to attend a court hearing, in the USA, and then weigh up if the costs involved are worth it.

I am not a lawyer, nor knowledgeable in such legal issues, if you do want to consider that course of action then I would suggest getting proper legal advice etc

The BBB (which I think you are referring to), which is the USA equivalent of Trading Standards, don't hold as much power as Trading Standards do, but they still do have an effect.

I don't know about US law, but considering the generally fairly low value of gifts people usually get it it wouldn't worry me too much in terms of enforcing any judgment or getting a costs award.

Was this member the same as above?

Surely this has got to be rep abuse?

Maybe the fact that you keep getting -ve rep is a hint that people are bored/ fed up with hearing about your ipod?

I wasn't saying you would, I did know that a number of members would hound you for information that freepay obviously don't want to be used for public knowledge.
