Hey, my friend wants to sign up to an offer via my referral link. So that she can also start getting referrals. But i have logged into my account at her house on her computer!

Can she still sign up or will my account be put on hold?

I have sent a ticket, but the GiveawayNetwork seem to be slow at replying!

Before she does anything, wait and see what support say! You don't want your account to be put on hold all for just another ref do you! lol

Would wait on a reply from support. Giveaway are quite strict with things like this to stop scammers so you could still easily get put on hold for that!

k, i've got a funny feeling as they are strict! That it would be best if she signed up at work rather than from her house!

But i will wait and see what they say!

They have just got back to me now!

I wrote.

"Hi, i was wondering if my friend can still sign up via my referral link? Even though i logged into my account on her computer, to check how many referrals i have completed!
She will be using her own credit card and her own address, just i don't want my account to be put on hold!

"This should be fine.

The rule is that only one account per user per household per giveaway site is permitted. Multiple accounts from a user or household will be placed on hold.

Checking your account does not equal registering your account from an address.

To clarify, then, your friend will be able to register as a referral for you, as long as her address is unique to the site, and her offer is completed as a unique address/personal details.

Yeah they're fine with that then. Just be wary in the future eh! Try not to check it at a friends house, you never know if you might 'use' them for a referral in the future! :P

I know but i get so excited when i get near the internet, that i want to see if i have had any more referrals. Cant help it!

It's okay, I think that there are plenty of us that get excited with the internet and have to discipline ourselves.
