I was wondering. If you rip someones work but then link back to them...is that acceptable? thats what i have done. altough i am still struggling to get my website viewed

TBH this is quite childish behaviour..... surely the appropriate thing to have done would have been to change pictures for pictures that did not exist, that way the site would have appeared to have loads of broken images, instead you chose to put pictures that you find funny and amusing.

Kind of agree! As much as it sucks watching people nick your stuff, it's going to continue to happen if your site is any good. Some servers have setting that stop people linking to your graphics. Just be happy it was a rookie who stole your stuff and not someone who could do real damage to your greens.

Saying that one of my clients has begun legal action against a rival online toy store for simply stealing their sites layout. You would be surprised how often this measure succeeds

Sorry mate i 100% disagree.

1. He removed some of the content, he was stating that he was Tom Piccirilli, which is my name. The reason he was doing this was that it matched up with the proof pics which were on my website. This was purposely done. IMO this is out of order and far more stupid than just taking content.

2. If someone wants to refer to "my" content. That content is in my power, its mine, i created it, i took the pictures, i pay for the web space. Therefore i am free to do as i wish. If i want to host picutres of "fat" people, its his fault for linking to them.

3. Its far from childish before. I dont believe 2 wrongs make a right. However in this case he was wrong on so many levels. It went further than taking my content. He took my pictures, my name, my proof pics, he even register a freewebs account in the exact same name "realfreegifts" that i registers. This isnt a case of taking a few pics. Its totally 100% ripping off everything i created.

4. With all this, if i want to partake in a little "childish" activity to teach this guy a lesson then so be it.

Then you cannot say that part of your statement then, as you clearly say 2 wrongs do not make a right.

what about the "theme" of your childish fun? do you think its funny to make fun of people that have a weight problem? tbh honest I find your attitude towards overweight people not funny at all.
