Real Incentives Support?


I submitted a ticket to Real Incentives Support on the 5th of May regarding offer tracking. After 3 days of no reply I created another ticket changing the prioritory to high.

I signed up to iPods.RI as per a trade agreement and because the offer I completed didn't track I have to wait until I hear from RI Support before the person I'm trading with will sign up using my referral link.

As I've been waiting over a week for a support response I was hoping posting a thread would help speed things along.

Can I get some help please?

Give it a few days, i think there beens problems with the support system plus ash is completely redesigning all the sites so i think hes a bit swamped at the moment. my last ticket took about 12 days to be responded to, so just hang in there, they get responded to just taking a little while at the moment.

i got a reply after about a week and half too and sent off my offer details to the provided address with all the relevant materials and evidence for two mistracked offers but not gone through quite just yet...

I think it's a case of being patient, when the new sites are up and running sure it'll all get sorted out!

Why would my green go back to pending? I completed lovefilm and i am still using it so there is no chance ive done it wrong. Anyone else had this or is there a real-incentives rep who could explain this?

this happened to me yesterday aswell!

thought i was going mad for a second! have submitted a support ticket, but i think Ash is really busy with the site re-launch at the moment!

Ive usually waited on average 8 days per reply (yes, im sad enough to have worked it out!!!

Mine's been going on since april. I've raised about 3 tickets with all the proofs that I completed the offer and I've not heard a word from RI. Wonder if it'll eventually happen
