im on the same esd as you, i would say go for vouchers aswell even if you want the gift get the vouchers then buy it yourself!!! i imagine it will be a lot quicker

nice one mate, yeh, just send in a support ticket asking for amazon vouchers and then buy the touch yourself - I reckon you'll get your gift quicker that way!

Not always mate, but you may be lucky to get a response that tells you that they have passed your order to the fulfillment dept.

Yeah Freepay are a pain - but in my experience (very limited albeit) they are friendly enough. They just need some gentle pursueding at times

i would wait until nearer the time, you are either going to have a bad experience or a good one.... threatening them wih the bbb will do nothing as they are not obliged to give you anything for another 3 weeks anyway!!!

i dont think freepay actually give u an iphone, they just give u amazon vouchers for an iphone, but amazon doesnt sell the iphone..

I recieved my vouchers just over 2 months after the ESD. Happy waiting

My ESD was 21st May, a week ago...

I'm going for the iPod Touch, and I'd be buying it from Amazon even if I get vouchers...

So is it more-or-less unanimous that requesting vouchers will get me them quicker?

If so, how do I go about requesting them? Just a support ticket?

I sent Freepay a support ticket asking for vouchers and they replied within a day. :O
Now i have to wait for the vouchers.
