Can anyone recomend a good compact digital camera

As the title suggests really, Im looking to spend up to about £150, and want a pretty good camera, as my 5mp is now a bit out dated.

I like the look of the Sony Cybershot

Re: Can anyone recomend a good compact digital camera

I would say that it is worth spending a little more , I recently bought my first digital SLR, Nikon D40 and it is magic.

It cost me £300 but why not try to get it free

Re: Can anyone recomend a good compact digital camera

if you want really compact then the sony t-series is pretty good but you do give up some pretty good features n the marginally bigger and more boxy w series.

You will pay a far bit with sony but worth it for the lenses and picture quality
plus i like the menu/layout
