he has tried that and we have both sent in support tickets.
this has been going on for some time but ive only started this thread to find some kind of answer if there was a problem with the IP address if you sign up from a mobile as giveaway haven't been clear if this was the case and to be honest my brother has kinda given up.
i totally understand giveaways rules and methods but we would really appreciate an answer as to why it has happened |
