 | some help please, account on hold!i was hoping somebody could help me out and shine some light on this subject please. basically I've been collecting referrals for nextgen giveaway and recently verified. but two of my referrals went on hold. the one admitted opening multiple accounts so i was ok with that but the second was my brother who had never even heard of these sites, signed up and completed the offer just once but was put on hold  anyway, he raised a ticket to ask whats going on and was told it was because he opened multiple accounts but that is not at all possible cos like i said, he's never even heard of these sites. giveaway were a unclear whether the same home address or IP address was used. but what i wanted to know is my brother uses he's 3G mobile to go on the internet, do the IP addresses work the same on them as the normal home internet. as i think thats what the problem might be as i have no other explanation at all. thanks |

| Re: some help please, account on hold!he has tried that and we have both sent in support tickets. this has been going on for some time but ive only started this thread to find some kind of answer if there was a problem with the IP address if you sign up from a mobile as giveaway haven't been clear if this was the case and to be honest my brother has kinda given up. i totally understand giveaways rules and methods but we would really appreciate an answer as to why it has happened |

| Re: some help please, account on hold!im sure i read a thread saying someone had gone on hold because one of their referrals names was "too similar, therefore dodgy" or something. Though thats probably a load of BS i dont think giveaway would be that stringent... |
