I think it's high time we had one of these, the admins/mods can delete it if they wish to. I would suggest making it a sticky but I get the feeling it might be near the top anyway. Have a rant and then get it off your chest without being flamed for it.
Every few days there are threads being opened by people wishing to vent their anger at freepay and I can fully understand that. Also, every few days these threads get replies from people fed up seeing the threads and usually flaming the poster and I can also see their point.
Sooooo, this thread should be for people wanting to vent their anger at freepay and not starting new threads. These posters should be allowed to express
their opinion, an opinion which might not be shared with exceem and/or it's members. These rants should not be flamed as this thread is the place for moans against freepay, meaning less threads....
Ok, I shall start it off shall I? I know freepay are exceem supported but their is a huge difference between supported and recomended. I advise people to stick to the UK sites for many reasons, the biggest being the owners obvious respect to exceem and its members. freepay have shown no respect and dont seem to care about its UK members. Are we such a small fish in a big pond that they dont value UK members?
I've had a few items from freepay but I think I had hassles with all of them. they dont answer tickets, they seem reluctant to send out gifts but yet they are still "supported". I would have suggested there were 3 categories on sites..."supported", "not supported" and "do so at your own risk".
