I can confirm the greeen. NYC you go next in line so once I get one more conga green you go top. Not sure what happened with alan but it never even went pending.

I wish they had more offers as there's not a great deal of choice.

I'm not green yet, because I suppose the 2 weeks must be over. Can I actually cancel within those two weeks, or I need to cancel after the trial period? In the later case, it will cost me £9.99.

we dont talk about offer cancellation on exceem , as long as you fulfill the requirements it says on freebie jeebies then you will be fine , your offer will go pending 1st for 14 days then go green

It might have mistracked, in which case you'd need to raise a support ticket and apply for a manual credit.

Or alternatively you might have done something wrong that's stopped it going pending.

I'm not sure, so we'll give it a few days and see.

I'm afraid I have no idea of what's happening as it's your account... The only information I have is that your status is yellow and says 'no offer completed'.

For help/support you need to log into your account and follow the relevant links to ask.

Have you actually received a DVD yet? The rules are:
1) You must have at least 10 dvds in your wanted list
2) You must have received at least 1/2 dvd(s) (depending on CPA provider)

I think there was a problem.
It shows that I have not completed any offer in my status... Unfortunately, I did complete one and I have just received my first DVD today!

What else can I do, apart from doing another offer? I suppose I cannot do again the same offer on another name with the same address, can I?

Again, I'm sorry about that. Please advise on what I can do.
