Well, I raised a ticket with RI 7 days ago and haven't had a response yet, but all of the paperwork has come through from the post office and I still show as no offer completed. Am I just being impatient or is this pretty normal (never used RI before so I don't know)

The last referee of mine who did the post office offer went green within a day so something's definitely up! Never had to raise a support ticket with RI myself so not sure how long it normally takes for them to be answered but you might want to follow it up with them if it's been a week!

Ok, I've had a response from RI support. They say the offer did not track so I must get in touch with the "No Credit" department. I have forwarded the details to them, but they say it will take up to 30 days :'(

Claire, maybe you can add Spiderpig's link back on the first post to get the conga moving again and I will post the outcome when I hear it.

I think the problem is that there isn't a ref link in the first post as I'm still waiting on my second green. Any news yet mattp1980 as it must have been about a month now and you're still showing as yellow?
