Hey all.

To clarify for everyone when each verification will take place.

Verifications will take place EVERY 2nd SUNDAY.

Users can expect Orders to be processed within 2 - 10 business days following verification.

Not sure if this is entirely necessary. I think Ash was probably referring to the fact that you didn't need to say what you did about losing greens. As stated in a previous post Ash did say it is not our fault that users go on hold, and we are thorough for you and the advertisers benefit;we don't get paid for users that don't complete their offers.

Anyway lets keep this on topic. (PS please don't think I'm having a go, its just hard when people don't understand that we are not benefiting from when people go on hold or get their credits revoked)

it's even harder getting the last green 5 TIMES !!!! and not even allowing any sort of way to sort it out, i just want this site put to damn rest...(I'm not having a go at you Stig )

I understand, we know its frustrating going through the process so many times. Is there any way you might be able to get more than one referral for your next (and hopefully last) verification. Just incase, but if not, lets hope no more people get put on hold!

I cant see why anyone else would go on HOLD from now till then, it wasn't like a 6 month gap between my last verification and this one it was like 2 weeks and that user just happened to go on hold this time round and not before,

I don't really want to get an extra cuz u shouldn't need too, I'm trying to get one today so there is NO WAY that someone can go on HOLD in 2 days.

EDIT: I'v also got someone who did the offer ages ago Bingo.co.uk or something and still hasn't gone through and this was 2 months ago, so he would be my last if that gets sorted and also another mate who singed up but my referral link wasn't working then,

Lovefilm credits get applied as soon as they're recieved, its completely automatic and doesnt require us to do anything towards it. As we've only just recieved the last one, we're not expecting the next for about a week or so.
